Europcar is looking for a Customer Service Returns Agent Would you like to be part of the Europcar team? Are you someone who enjoys customer-facing roles and working as part of a diverse team? We are seeking a Car Rental Returns Agent at our Victoria location to join our vehicle returns team. You will work in a fast-paced environment where the customer is at the center of everything we do. Your responsibilities include providing world-class customer service throughout the rental process, including assisting customers in our car parks at the beginning and end of their Europcar experience. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a passion for service and maintain a level-headed approach to daily challenges in a busy customer environment. Maintain excellence in customer service and damage standards; achieve all KPIs in these areas. Complete all administration accurately according to operating procedures. Process workshop vehicles following operating procedures. Minimum Requirements: A full, valid, clean driving license with at least 4 years of driving experience. Excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in working hours, including availability during days, evenings, and weekends, with various shift options. Car rental/sales experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
