THE ROLE We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our established Property Management Team. As a Senior Property Manager, you will ensure all customers’ needs are met. Your responsibilities will vary; however, your position will be predominately focused on our clients and with industry leading tech and amazing support structures, you will have time in your day to truly help our clients. Key Responsibilities Include All daily end to end portfolio management, including arrears Meeting clients, building strong relationships Become the knowledge and expert in your field Entries and exits Liaising with owners, tenants, and tradesmen Maintenance / routine inspections About You Successfully completed Queensland Real Estate Registration Several years in Property Management experience Own a reliable car and have current driver’s license A self-starting attitude, and be an ambitious team player What’s In It For You Ongoing business and leadership coaching to support your career goals and professional development.
