About the Role / About You We’re looking for a visionary and highly capable Head of Brand & Marketing to bring KIVARI’s creative direction to life across every channel, market and touchpoint. This role is about driving customer acquisition, growing customer equity, and accelerating brand growth both domestically and in global markets . You are a content‑savvy, socially‑led, omni‑channel thinker who thrives in a fast‑paced, creative environment. You can translate the Creative Director’s vision into cohesive, high‑impact brand expression across campaigns, content, digital, retail, and wholesale. You’re a strategic, data‑informed leader with strong creative judgement, capable of inspiring teams while driving clarity, structure, and momentum. You’re equally comfortable shaping long‑term brand direction with the CEO and Creative Director as you are overseeing day‑to‑day delivery, ensuring marketing initiatives deliver growth, engagement, and measurable results . Key Responsibilities Deliver the Creative Director’s vision across all brand touchpoints and markets Lead global brand and marketing strategy with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and growth Own end‑to‑end campaign planning, direction and creative production Oversee content, social strategy and always‑on storytelling across all key platforms Ensure alignment between brand, digital performance, retail and wholesale Lead PR, influencer strategy, events and brand activations Build, mentor and grow the Marketing team Own marketing budgets, reporting and performance insights to measure growth and impact Champion KIVARI’s values and drive a high‑performance, collaborative culture Qualifications 8–12 years’ experience in senior Brand, Marketing or Creative leadership roles Experience in fashion, lifestyle or retail (global experience highly regarded) Proven success in growing brands through customer acquisition and retention strategies Strong capability across social‑first content, campaign direction, and omni‑channel execution Confident leader with strong communication, organisation and stakeholder influence High attention to detail, with elevated creative judgement and storytelling ability Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Fashion Marketing or related field What We Offer A creative, collaborative environment: Join a team that values innovation and teamwork, where your contributions will help shape the future of our brand.
