We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Wills and Estates Paralegal to join our team on a full-time basis. We are also part of Stacks Law Group, Australia's largest network of locally owned, independent legal practices, with a history dating back to 1931. Key responsibilities You will: Take instructions from clients and prepare simple through to moderately complex wills. Manage and administer estates through the probate process, working with executors, trustees, and beneficiaries to ensure proper distribution of assets. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and understood throughout their matter. Assist as needed with reception and answering telephone calls. The experience we are looking for The ideal candidate will have: 3+ years’ experience as a paralegal. Experience managing and administering estates through the probate process. Experience taking instructions and drafting wills. This is highly desirable, though not essential. For the right candidate, this can be learnt on the job with mentoring from an experienced solicitor. The ability to work autonomously, managing one’s own files. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships and trust. A commitment to delivering excellent client service.
