Justice Law Practice in Parramatta, NSW is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic team. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal professionals, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of legal services to our clients. This is a casual position, offering flexibility to suit your needs. We are looking for someone who has a permanent visa or is in the process of obtaining one. What you'll be doing Conducting legal research and preparing legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and other court filings Assisting with the organization and maintenance of client files and case management systems Providing administrative support to our legal team, such as scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings Liaising with clients, courts, and other legal professionals as required Undertaking any other tasks as directed by the legal team to support the overall operations of the firm What we're looking for Relevant legal or paralegal qualification or equivalent experience Minimum 1-2 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience required Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly and efficiently gather and synthesize legal information Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and legal professionals Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively with the legal team A passion for the legal industry and a commitment to providing exceptional client service Ability to work under pressure Attention to detail and a good work ethic Australian work rights required for this position Experience with legal practice management software required What we offer Competitive remuneration and the opportunity to work with a respected and growing law practice A supportive and professional work environment that values the development and growth of our employees Flexible working arrangements to accommodate your lifestyle and commitments Opportunities for ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge About us Justice Law Practice is a Boutique Law firm in Parramatta, NSW, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to individuals and businesses.
