We are seeking a talented Paralegal to join our dynamic team at Koutzoumis Lawyers in Beverly Hills. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers and clients, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of legal services. This full or part time position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a thriving legal environment. What you'll be doing Conducting legal research and analysis to support our lawyers in case preparation and client advisory Assisting with the drafting and review of legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and correspondence Organising and maintaining client files and case management systems Providing administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries Liaising with clients, external parties, and other legal professionals as needed Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the legal team What we're looking for Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively gather, synthesize, and present information Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail Proficient in using legal research tools and legal practice management software Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow Relevant experience in a legal or paralegal role is highly desirable What we offer At Koutzoumis Lawyers, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and enriching work environment.
