About The Role Front of House Attendant | Burnie Hotel We are searching for all-rounders who can work or be trained to work in bar, bistro, functions, gaming and reception. An ASAP start is available and it could lead to a permanent full-time role. A Day In The Life Of a FOH Attendant Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one. Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day. Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable. From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, ensuring our standards are sky‑high and the experience is unforgettable. Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able. Inherent Requirements This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently. About You You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details. You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates. You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
