Located in the Western Australia Goldfields, you can choose what suits your priorities. Work an attractive fly-in/fly out (FIFO) roster from Perth or live local and enjoy our close-knit communities and local lifestyles in Kalgoorlie. This roster is 7:7 and a 12 hour day. About the role As an Underground Truck Operator/Nipper, you’ll be a key player in our underground mining team, supporting both Development and Production cycles. Your day-to-day will include: Operating underground dump trucks and heavy diesel equipment Supporting Jumbo Operators with ground support installation General mine services and housekeeping Identifying and managing safety hazards You’ll report to the Mining Shift Supervisor and work closely with a range of stakeholders including Foremen, Superintendents, Technical Services, and Maintenance teams. About you You’re not just experienced—you’re safety-conscious, mechanically minded, and ready to make a difference underground. What you’ll bring: Currently located within the goldfields region A valid manual Driver’s Licence Minimum 6 months of underground mining experience Current RPL for Trucks or Nippering Strong knowledge of underground truck operations Solid understanding of safe work procedures Good communication and observation skillsFamiliarity with JSA and Take 5 systems At Evolution, as our name suggests, change and transformation is in our DNA.
