This well-established boutique recruitment firm is growing and looking to add a consultant to focus on the Sales, BDM and Go-To-Market space, a function that is absolutely booming across their client base. Demand is high, clients are struggling to find talent, and multiple consultants across the business are already picking up BDM roles they can’t even service. This is a genuinely hot area ready for someone to own. You’ll be joining a high-performing, tight-knit team of experienced consultants, each running their own specialist vertical within tech and digital. About the role Recruit across Sales, BDM and Go-To-Market positions Step into a warm desk with live roles from day one Work with SMEs, MSPs, fintech-style scale-ups, SaaS vendors, infrastructure/cloud businesses and organisations without internal TA Benefit from strong cross-collaboration with the Engineering, Cloud, Projects, Data/AI and Infrastructure teams Enjoy dedicated BD support from the MD & Director Operate as a key partner to hiring managers and leadership teams—90% of clients have no in-house TA, so your work has genuine influence About you You’re an experienced recruiter (sector experience not essential) Sales/BDM recruitment experience is ideal, but any strong recruiter who isn’t afraid of the phone is a great match You’ve got a sharp bullsh*t detector and know how to read people Relationship-driven, commercially minded, and able to manage your own desk Ideally based north of the Harbour , or easily able to commute to the Northern Beaches (B-line from Wynyard is ~30 minutes) Sponsorship is available if needed Why join?
