Packaging Operator

At the forefront of producing our tasty ales the Little Creatures team continues the tradition and best practice of quenching the thirst in our backyard. As a Packaging Operator you will play an integral role in working effectively and proactively as part of a shift-based team. This role will involve you delivering against the production plan while pursuing safety, quality, value and process excellence improvements. Core to the work we do you will be involved in supporting operations across the packaging lines. You’ll work 4 x 10‑hour shifts weekly for this role. Week one is Monday to Thursday 6 AM to 4 PM and week two is 4 PM to 2 AM alternating between AM and PM shifts.
