We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor working on an 8:6 (days) / 7:7 (nights) shift in the Goldfields. Be visible, and provide true leadership and mentoring to your team. Work collaboratively with your team to develop and maintain efficient and productive maintenance practices across the site. Actively demonstrate and promote a high level of safety awareness and encourage safe work practices. Ensure all maintenance and optimisation targets are met on time and within budget. Work with Emeco customers and stakeholders to meet larger organisational objectives. What We'll Need From You MUST HAVE A SCHEDULE 26 TO HAVE THE RIGHTS TO WORK AS A SUPERVISOR ON MINE SITES (This has replaced the Section 44). Extensive experience in a similar role, effectively leading a team in a mining environment. Be highly experienced across all areas in the comprehensive maintenance of mobile equipment, including breakdowns, diagnostics, and repairs. Possess a sound understanding of maintenance practices and procedures, with the ability to enforce them, as well as a sound knowledge of equipment safety legislation. Recognised National Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Fitter Trade Qualification. High level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles. Hold a current Australian Driver's License (HR preferable). Must have full working rights within Australia. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, and provide a current National Police Check.
