Events & Engagement Manager

Working with stakeholders across the business, use your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to drive effective outcomes, ensuring set objectives are delivered across multiple concurrent projects.Administration and processes:
Bringing your knowledge of tools, systems and processes, your energy, and superior organisational skills ensures a smooth-running process from concept to execution and evaluation.What we are looking forMinimum 2-3 years' experience in event planning and management, preferably in a similar role.Proven experience in managing and delivering multiple and concurrent events from end to end including budget, stakeholder, and supplier management.Business acumen in a corporate or similar environment and the event industry.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Creative thinking and the ability to turn a brief / concept into a market-leading event.Strong administrative background and knowledge of the core process of event management (CRM, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite).Attention to detail and exceptional organisational abilities.Ability to influence stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes.Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required by event schedules.What you will getA business that is committed to its people and their wellbeingA collaborative and vibrant work environmentThe opportunity to work on a wide range of eventsRoom for growth and professional development within a respected industry leaderA fun culture with wellness benefits, daily breakfast, a team member referral program, company and team events, celebrations, community engagement, and loads moreThe role is a full-time position, and an attractive salary package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.To find out more about MPA please visit our website is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
