In this permanent, full-time role , you'll work directly with young people in a 24-hour care residential setting, helping them build resilience, independence, and a strong sense of belonging. You'll work an average of 5 x 24-hour shifts per fortnight on a rotating roster - giving you meaningful time off while still making a deep impact. Travel within the North Brisbane region is required - a work vehicle is provided while on shift.
