Production - Image Retouching Assistant

We are looking for switched on, positive people to join our post production/retouching team. Someone who is keen to learn and grow, contributing as a positive team member. Job Description With close to 30 years industry experience, National Photography has become one of Australia's most recognised photography brands specialising in School, Dance, Early Learning, Sport and Event Photography. At National we pride ourselves on providing a high level of customer service to our clients and creating memories for a lifetime. Positions are now available for 2 passionate and talented individuals to join our studio. You will work closely with the Production Lead and QC/Dispatch Supervisor to deliver great work Responsibilities Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Selecting, matching and cropping images Assisting with advanced retouching including background replacements & image stitching Preparing jobs for printing Customer Service and general admin duties as required Printing, packing and dispatching customer orders Printing ID/Library cards Requirements Upbeat and friendly demeanor A positive and pro-active attitude Experience and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow set procedures and take direction when required Demonstrate an eye for detail Highly organised with the ability to perform under high pressure situations Be punctual This is a casual position (3 month Contract with possible extension) with a January start.
