Director of Talent Solutions | Gallant Collective A leading global organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Integration to support a major transformation program within its ANZ operations. This role sits within the Digital Technologies function and plays a pivotal part in delivering technical and process integration solutions across internal systems, external partners, suppliers, and customers. The Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of integration initiatives—particularly those involving SAP (ECC)—while working closely with business stakeholders, manufacturing and R&D teams, and global technology groups. This position suits a strong operator who thrives in complex environments, takes accountability for outcomes, and can confidently manage delivery from design through to deployment and handover. Key Responsibilities Lead the scoping, planning and delivery of integration solutions across business, manufacturing, R&D, customer and supplier environments. Manage scope, budget, timelines and quality; ensure Steering Committee approvals and governance are maintained. Develop and maintain accurate project plans, schedules, forecasts and resource allocations. Oversee end-to-end project execution, including RAID management, escalations and stakeholder communication. Ensure seamless handover to support teams, with high-quality documentation for ongoing operations and technical support. Drive the delivery of integration solutions aligned to business objectives within the ANZ region. Collaborate with global technology teams to implement technical components and ensure solution alignment. Engage proactively with stakeholders to resolve issues and keep delivery on track. Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated experience working with large-scale ERP environments (ideally SAP). Strong analytical skills including data analysis, process mapping and reporting. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and operate in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative, adaptable and resilient, with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail. Experience working with global stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultures. Qualifications Prince2 certification or equivalent (preferred) Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Supply Chain or related discipline Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar integration-focused project management role Full Australian working rights required This 6-month contract offers the opportunity to deliver impactful technology and integration outcomes within a global enterprise environment.
