The Opportunity As a Fund Analyst on DWPF, you\'ll play a pivotal role in enhancing fund performance through financial modelling, strategic evaluation, and investor engagement. You\'ll work closely with Investor Relations and cross-functional teams to deliver insights and support decision-making across the portfolio. You will make an impact by: Preparing quarterly reports, board papers, and committee submissions, while supporting investor queries and due diligence alongside Investor Relations. Maintaining and evolving the Fund Model and Reporting Tool, analyse returns, and assess the impact of acquisitions, divestments, and capital projects. Aligning activities with the Fund\'s Constitution, investment guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Partnering with teams across asset management, leasing, finance, and capital transactions to identify risks and opportunities that drive portfolio outcomes. About You You\'ll bring a combination of qualifications, experience, and behaviours that enable you to thrive in a dynamic fund environment: Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline, with further studies or professional development highly regarded. Proven experience in unlisted funds, financial reporting, capital structures, and fund modelling, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Skilled in evaluating investment returns, conducting financial analysis, and interpreting portfolio performance to support strategic decision making. Comfortable engaging across diverse teams and levels, with a track record of building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to shared outcomes. Detail oriented, organised, and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills, a high level of integrity, and a positive, adaptable approach to work. Why choose Dexus?
