What?s on Offer We?re seeking a skilled Trade Assistant -Crane Operator/Rigger tojoin our Installation Team. Working out of Carole Park and across SEQ locationssuch as Yatala, Brendale, Ipswich, Hemmant and Nerang, you?ll be an essentialpart of our structural installations, shutdowns, mechanical upgrades andmaintenance projects. You?ll be operating15T and 20T Frannacranesand supporting critical lifts on active industrial sites. Your Day-to-Day Provide hands-on support across site as a Trade Assistant, including material handling, moving equipment, assisting with set-ups and pack-downs and keeping work areas organised and safe. Use basic and intermediate hand and power tools to support boilermakers, fitters and riggers during fabrication, installs and maintenance tasks. Assist with structural steel installs, shutdown tasks, plant upgrades and general maintenance, ensuring smooth workflow for the trades. Support trades with mark-outs, measurements, bolting, grinding, cutting and general prep work. Operate Franna cranes (15T & 20T) for lifts, moves and onsite installs as required, under direction of supervisors. Perform basic rigging and dogging tasks, helping coordinate lifts safely when needed. Follow ENAP and client safety standards, including completing JSAs/SWMS, toolbox talks, gear checks and lift planning. What You?ll Bring Frannaticket and/or Open Crane Licence.
