We are seeking experienced Crane Operators/Riggers to join the team at Zeus Cranes Pty Ltd in Molendinar, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a variety of cranes on construction sites. This is a crucial role that contributes directly to the successful delivery of our projects. What you’ll be doing Operate cranes & Rig Cranes of various sizes and capacities to lift, move and position materials, equipment and other loads on construction sites. Conduct pre-operation inspections and maintain detailed logs of crane usage and maintenance. Communicate effectively with site managers, riggers and other workers to coordinate crane operations. Ensure all lifting operations are carried out in compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations. Assist with the set-up and dismantling of crane equipment as required. Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to less experienced crane operators. What we’re looking for Formal qualification as a Certified Crane Operator/Riggers, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience operating a variety of cranes in a construction environment. Strong understanding of crane operating principles, load capacities and rigging techniques. Excellent hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness and problem‑solving skills. Commitment to safety and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, to meet project demands.
