The Role We are seeking experienced CO (Open Ticket) Crane Operators to join our client's team on a permanent basis. You will primarily be operating 100T+ Liebherr cranes, so previous experience with large capacity cranes is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term employment with a respected company, offering a competitive permanent rate of $52 per hour. Key Responsibilities Operate cranes, with a focus on 100T+ Liebherr cranes Perform duties of a dogman, rigger, and truck driver as needed. Ensure all operations are carried out safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals. Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure it is in good working condition. Ideal Candidate We are looking for operators who demonstrate : A positive attitude and a commitment to safety. Great people skills and the ability to work well in a team. Reliability and a strong work ethic. Motivation to grow with the business long term. Skills & Experience Essential : CO Open Ticket (with experience on 100T+ cranes, preferably Liebherr). Dogman and HR license. Construction Industry Blue / White Card. EWP and Telehandler tickets (for riggers / dogmen). Relevant experience in the construction industry.
