Reporting to the Group Head of Brand, the primary focus of this role is around enhancing consumer awareness, brand recognition, and visitation by providing effective and distinctive brand leadership across the entire marketing spectrum. Responsible for the integration and evolution of Crown’s brand purpose and identity, this role provides the rare opportunity to take a single-minded, brand-led approach to driving business growth.Some of your key accountabilities will include:Creating, integrating, protecting and evolving a consistent, relevant and distinctive Crown brand purpose, vision, story and identity across all channels and touchpointsElevating the brand purpose, vision, and story within Crown so it’s seamlessly embraced and consistently applied across customer experience, external communication, employee engagement and stakeholder interactionCreating a clear portfolio strategy for the creation, management, and use of existing and potential Crown sub-brands to deliver on the brand and business objectives for Crown ResortsStrategically develop and manage the execution of the annual group brand marketing planDeveloping and executing marketing campaigns that directly contribute to Crown’s commercial success such as increasing revenue, market share, and customer retentionUtilize data and analytics to measure branding and marketing impacts and on business outcomes and adjust strategies as requiredEstablish partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and brand strategies are aligned with Crown’s goals and objectivesWe’re looking for someone with:At least 5 years’ experience in brand management or similar roleA passion for purpose and brand-led marketing growthProven strategic brand management, media and advertising experienceReputable experience in agency and stakeholder managementProven experience in project management and the ability to work at pace across multiple projectsExceptional communication skills & a demonstrated ability to convey effective brand messagingProficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to measure and optimize campaign performanceA bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related fieldAbility to obtain all required Casino Employee Licenses in NSW, VIC and WAWhat we offer you:Full-time, permanent opportunity, based in Crown’s corporate officesComplimentary meals at our on-site staff restaurantGenerous discounts across Crown hotels and restaurantsOpportunity to play a key role in a high performing Marketing team and be part of Crown’s evolutionAccess to discounts with various corporate partners across insurance, heath & wellbeing, fashion, banking & finance, technology and moreAdditional Information
