Overview Animal Referral Hospital (ARH) Brisbane is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to providing exceptional specialist and emergency services to pets in need. We are seeking a full-time Imaging Veterinary Nurse to provide a high standard of client and patient care across diagnostic imaging modalities. Responsibilities Patient Care and Safety: Assisting with patient induction, positioning, and monitoring during image acquisition Image Quality and Acquisition: Ensuring high-quality images are captured, processed, and transferred to the appropriate systems (PACS, Rx Works) Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining and troubleshooting imaging and anesthetic equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety Room Management: Managing stock levels, performing cleaning, and ensuring a safe, well-maintained imaging environment Documentation and Compliance: Managing patient information and ensuring all necessary forms are completed and updated Collaboration and Coordination: Working with imaging staff to ensure smooth image acquisition and correct documentation, including managing daily schedules and troubleshooting errors. Qualifications A Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or higher Must be competent monitoring anaesthetics Experience in diagnostic imaging and knowledge of imaging equipment and procedures across multiple modalities is preferred Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team If you're eager to grow professionally and personally, work with cutting-edge imaging technology within a collaborative and supportive environment - we encourage you to apply and make a meaningful impact as a part of the ARH Brisbane team #J-18808-Ljbffr
