We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Safety Advisor to join our team and help drive a strong safety culture across our operations on a busy project, scheduled to finish approximately November 2026. As a key member of our WHS team, you’ll play a hands‑on role in supporting safety compliance, conducting site inspections, and working closely with project teams to ensure our people go home safe — every day. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the implementation of our Safety Management Plan across multiple sites Conducting site inspections, hazard assessments, and toolbox talks Assisting with incident investigations and ensuring timely reporting Monitoring compliance with Victorian WHS legislation and company policies Delivering inductions and safety training to new and existing staff Maintaining safety documentation, certifications, and audit readiness Liaising with WorkSafe Victoria and supporting continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For 3 years minimum experience in the WHS space Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent) Solid understanding of Victorian WHS legislation and risk management practices Experience in construction, infrastructure, or related industries preferred Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset Current Driver Licence, White Card, First Aid and CPR certification Why Join Us?
