Work 35 hours per week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - regain work life balance About the Practice : Our Bupa Dental Cremorne practice is well known for its cosmetic dentistry, preventative and general dentistry. We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced receptionist willing to upskill in dental assisting as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality; an ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment; a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to learn and progress. Honesty, reliability, good communication skills and a positive attitude are the key attributes for success in this role. As a part-time receptionist in our practice, you will : Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice Making patients aware of dental services and offers Handling payments Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality High‑end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner Be a backup dental assistant when needed - on the job training provided You’ll be : Previous Dental Reception experience will be highly regarded Willing to cross train as a dental assistant – on the job training provided You’re a motivated self‑starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about customer service and patient care Organised with attention to detail Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light‑hearted manner Apply now, we'll be interviewing as soon as applications are received For a confidential discussion about this opportunity, please contact Maddison Hardy via and quote the practice and role you want to know more about All applications to be completed via the "Apply Now" button #J-18808-Ljbffr
