Accounts Payable Officer 2XM Recruit are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Officer on a casual contract basis, 5 days per week based North of the river. This role is long term and may offer the successful candidate a permanent opportunity into 2026. Role: Accounts Payable Officer Client: Mining & Construction industry Location: Wangara Job Type: Casual contract Rate: $36-40 based on experience Start: Immediate As an Accounts Payable Officer , you will be responsible for processing payments to ensure that vendor invoices are posted on time, accurately and in the proper accounting period. Responsibilities Accurately and promptly inputting invoices into the general ledger Updating and maintaining Supplier information Monitoring and managing the daily Accounts Payable inbox Ensuring timely and accurate matching of purchase orders with invoices Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues and pursue overdue invoices Engaging with suppliers and customers to address outstanding matters Timely and accurately completing scanning and filing of invoices Promptly addressing goods received but not invoiced situations Processing supplier account applications efficiently Reconciling Intercompany invoices with local system records Monthly reconciliation of Purchase Return orders If you are an Accounts Payable Officer and interested in this role, then please apply and we will be in touch immediately. #J-18808-Ljbffr
