Job Overview We are looking for an Associate Director, Customer Success who will define and execute a scalable Customer Success strategy that drives long‑term client retention, growth, and product adoption across Geotab’s global client portfolio. Responsibilities Architect and drive a comprehensive customer retention strategy, aiming for best‑in‑class renewal rates and minimized churn. Design and execute a product adoption strategy to ensure customers extract value aligned to ROI goals. Define and manage the Upsell and Cross‑Sell lead‑generation pipeline, tracking lead quality, conversion rates, and impact on ARR. Forecast and manage departmental budgets while optimizing resource allocation. Recruit, mentor, coach, and lead a high‑performing Customer Success team. Design, document, and enforce standardized processes for onboarding, health checks, QBRs, client engagement, and renewal management. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide continuous feedback, and develop career paths. Align all interfacing teams regionally and globally to ensure a seamless customer journey. Translate Voice of the Customer feedback into actionable recommendations and drive advocacy. Cultivate executive‑level relationships with top‑tier clients as the primary point of contact for strategic reviews and partnership opportunities. Qualifications 5+ years of progressive Customer Success or Account Management experience, including 2+ years in a formal people‑leadership role. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field; Master’s or relevant certifications are a plus. Demonstrated expertise in developing and scaling Customer Success models, defining success metrics, and implementing CS technology (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight). Proven ability to translate broad company objectives into actionable strategies and tactical operational plans. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
