Role Status : Full-time term vacancy available until 30 June 2026 Remuneration : $58,709-$63,154 Employer contribution of 12% towards your superannuation. In this rewarding administrative role, you'll work alongside experienced social workers to provide essential client and team support that helps families access the services they need. You'll assist with sensitive requests, manage information with care and confidentiality, and contribute to a compassionate and culturally aware environment. In this role, you will Assist clients and families with sensitive and confidential requests Support families to access services, programs and community resources Help social workers with case planning, documentation and complex administrative tasks Coordinate appointments, records and reports to ensure smooth case management To be successful You are an empathetic, organised and motivated person who thrives in a team environment. You bring excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional setting. You don't need to know everything on day one. What matters is your passion, willingness to learn and commitment to helping children and families through strong administrative and client service support.
