The Opportunity This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to embed sustainability and risk into the financial backbone of the organisation. As Financial Accountant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and transparency—while contributing to broader ESG and risk initiatives. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review financial statements and reports Support sustainability reporting and ESG disclosures Assist with risk assessments and compliance reviews Partner with internal teams on budgeting and forecasting Maintain financial controls and audit readiness Contribute to continuous improvement across finance processes About You You’re a qualified accountant (CA/CPA) with: Strong technical accounting and reporting skills Experience or interest in sustainability and ESG frameworks Understanding of risk management and compliance Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking A collaborative mindset and alignment to purpose‑led work Bonus Skills Exposure to human services, NFP, or government sectors Familiarity with sustainability standards (e.g. GRI, TCFD) Experience with risk registers or internal audit processes Why Join?
