A$75,000.00‑A$80,000.00 Responsibilities Assist the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in supervising kitchen staff, cooks and stewarding team. Manage food preparation and production to deliver innovative dishes that exceed guest expectations. Ensure food standards, presentation and cooking techniques meet set guidelines. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, meeting Health & Safety regulations and HACCP guidelines. Drive training, growth and development of kitchen team members, demonstrating consistent leadership during service periods. Collaborate with senior chefs and restaurant leads to design menus for special offerings aimed at capturing both in‑house and local community interest. Qualifications Current Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef experienced in a hotel setting. Confident kitchen leader who adapts to situations and can work across any section when required. Creative and passionate about elevating the guest dining experience. Appropriate trade and food safety qualification. Sound knowledge of food trends, HACCP standards and procedures.
