About The Role As Junior Sous Chef , you’ll play a key role in the daily success of our kitchen. You’ll assist in leading the culinary team, support food production across all outlets, and ensure high standards of quality, safety, and presentation. From prepping ingredients to coordinating service, you’ll help deliver exceptional dining experiences while supporting the growth of your team.
