An exciting opportunity exists for an accomplished Senior Group Reporting Manager to lead the external financial reporting function for a major ASX-listed organisation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the Group’s financial information is accurate, timely, and of the highest standard. You will provide technical accounting expertise across the business, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive ongoing improvement in reporting processes and compliance. This is a key leadership role offering genuine visibility across the organisation, strong cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to influence group-wide reporting outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of the Group’s external reporting, including interim and year-end financial statements and all ASX-related reporting. Prepare and review Board and Audit Committee papers. Provide high-quality technical accounting advice across the Group on complex transactions and new initiatives. Oversee the implementation of new accounting standards, disclosures and sustainability reporting requirements. Manage the external audit process and maintain a strong relationship with external auditors. Develop robust documentation supporting material accounting policy positions. Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing external reporting team. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance systems, processes and reporting efficiency. About You Strong technical accounting expertise, ideally gained in a Big 4 environment, coupled with strong commercial experience gained from a large complex ASX listed business. Deep understanding of financial reporting requirements for listed entities. Strong analytical ability and confidence interpreting complex accounting matters. Demonstrated leadership capability within financial reporting or technical accounting teams. Strong commercial acumen and ability to challenge, problem-solve and think strategically. #J-18808-Ljbffr
