Martrim Australia is seeking a talented Motor/Marine Trimmer/Upholsterer to join our team in Paynesville, Victoria. This is a full‑time position that will involve working on a wide range of motor and marine trimming and upholstery projects. What you’ll be doing Fabricating and installing interior trims and upholstery for cars, boats, and other items. Repairing and restoring worn or damaged trims and upholstery. Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment. What we’re looking for Proven experience as a motor/marine trimmer or upholsterer, ideally with 3+ years of hands‑on experience. Strong knowledge of trimming and upholstery materials, tools, and techniques. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high‑quality work. Creativity and problem‑solving skills to develop innovative solutions. A commitment to workplace safety and environmental responsibility.
