Job Title: Sales Representative for Solar, Battery and EV Charging Company: AustEnergy Electrical Services Pty Ltd Job Type: Full-time Location: Perth, WA (Remote) Salary: A$80,000-$120,000 p/a About Us: AustEnergy is a leading provider of solar energy solutions, dedicated to helping homes and businesses transition to renewable energy. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Sales Representative to join our team. Job Summary: We’re looking for a results‑driven Solar Sales Representative to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, and promote our solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the solar industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. As a high performer, you’ll also have the opportunity to develop leadership skills and potentially manage a team of sales representatives in the future. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and referrals. Conduct site assessments and provide personalized solar energy solutions to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and regulations. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Develop and mentor junior sales representatives (as the team grows). Assist in the development of sales strategies and initiatives (as the team grows). Requirements: 2+ years of sales experience in the solar industry or related field. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Strong understanding of solar energy solutions and industry trends. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
