If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a strong, supportive team, this is the perfect opportunity for you Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow the sales pipeline and client relationships. Conduct property appraisals, listings, and sales presentations. Assist vendors and buyers throughout the entire sales process. Attend opens, private inspections, and negotiation meetings. Prepare marketing materials and manage property campaigns. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance requirements are met. Work collaboratively with the sales team and leadership. About You: Proven experience in real estate sales (any level of experience is welcome). Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-driven with a strong desire to succeed. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks. Agents Representative Certificate is required. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing is an advantage.
