Base pay range A$150,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from SEISMA GROUP We’re seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Consultant to join our Melbourne team and drive end-to-end Salesforce delivery across a variety of enterprise and transformation programs. You’ll work closely with clients to shape solutions, lead functional and technical conversations, and ensure high-quality outcomes that align with business strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud and custom applications Facilitate workshops to understand business requirements, pain points and strategic goals Translate business needs into scalable, best-practice Salesforce designs Oversee configuration, solution architecture and integration alignment Guide and mentor junior consultants and developers Develop user stories, process documentation and solution artefacts Manage client expectations, provide expert advice and drive project success Conduct impact assessments, risk identification and solution governance Support testing, deployment, release planning and change management Act as the primary Salesforce advisor for stakeholders at all levels Skills & Experience Must-Have 5+ years’ experience in Salesforce consulting or solution delivery Strong knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud , and platform fundamentals Excellent workshop facilitation, requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate complex business needs into practical, scalable solutions Strong understanding of data models, security, automation and integrations Salesforce Administrator and Consultant certifications (e.g., Sales/Service Cloud) Highly Advantageous Experience with multi-cloud programs or large transformation initiatives Exposure to Marketing Cloud, OmniStudio, Public Sector Solutions or Health Cloud Background working in Agile delivery environments Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect pathway certifications What’s in It for You Lead exciting enterprise-level Salesforce projects Genuine career progression and leadership opportunities Hybrid and flexible working arrangements Work within a supportive, highly skilled Salesforce team Access to training, certifications and continuous professional development Ready to Take the Lead?
