You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency and improve operations. Responsibilities • Gather and analyze business requirements, design and implement Salesforce solutions, and translate them into functional configurations. • Facilitate workshops and provide training to end‑users. • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the engagement. • Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive adoption of Salesforce features. • Partner with project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes. Qualifications Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant with a focus on implementation and customization. Strong understanding of Salesforce products, features, and functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Experience in running workshops and providing training to end‑users. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Problem‑solving mindset, with strong analytical skills. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Consultant) are preferred.
