From New equipment Sales, rental, Aftermarket support and finance, customers can rely on this industry leader to deliver the solution at any one time. With over 12 offices listed throughout the APAC region and employing over 2000 staff, not only will you be heavily supported but you have the backing and financial support from head office. They strive to support customers 24/7 and have service teams listed throughout all of APAC. This is role you do not want to miss. Job responsibilities Observe and provide detailed understanding of the mobile plant in each site and come up with recommendations on wear parts and aftermarket services. Provide quotes and pricing for aftermarket parts and services, whilst looking to secure the entire site and any other equipment that may be in use. You can provide other OEM parts as well. Travel to all Quarries and Mine sites and build relationships with site management. Create and build new relationships through leveraging off existing business and work smarter not harder. Manage your territory and support the fleet through application sales. Work on inventory, parts supply, stock planning, onsite parts support, logistics and transport for all mobile crusher and aftermarket parts. Drive new parts and equipment supplies throughout your market. Invest in the relationship with customers to brick wall and hold long term contracts with the quarry site. Provide detailed reporting back to the service department on critical issues with mobile equipment and look to upsell or cross-sell used or new equipment into site. You could also provide rental options for customers. Increase budgets, targets, market share and look to establish yourself as the crusher aftermarket expert within NSW. Candidate Requirements 2 + Years in Customer aftermarket support or CSSR Sales External Sales through Parts Sound understanding or Crushing process could be either mobile or fixed plant equipment in relation to wear parts and plant maintenance practices. Willingness to travel throughout all of NSW Excellent relationship management with strong key account sales Technically astute with turnkey solution focus If you have knowledge of Powerscreen, Sandvik, Finlay, Astec, Kleeman, McCloskey, Lippman, Metso, Striker, Or any of the other brands this would be a massive advantage to this role. Willingness to travel interstate and International to OEM facilities, trade shows and training days.
