Part-Time position available | 3 days a fortnight |Located in Mundaring Inspire learning and growth through hands‑on education and support Play a key role in delivering quality care within a values‑led organisation About the role: As a Clinical Educator at BaptistCare Yallambee (40 beds), you will plan, deliver, and evaluate training programs for residential aged care staff. Reporting to the Clinical Education Lead and collaborating with leadership teams across our homes, you will ensure staff meet mandatory training requirements, support ongoing professional development, and contribute to continuous improvement. Your role includes coordinating site‑based training, maintaining accurate records in the Learning Management System, and providing compliance reports. You’ll also facilitate induction programs, assist with manual handling training, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure high‑quality education delivery. This is a hands‑on position where your clinical knowledge and leadership will directly impact the quality of care provided to our residents. Shift Pattern This is a part‑time role working 3 days per fortnight, totaling 22.5 hours. Start and finish times are negotiable, offering some flexibility to suit your availability. Why Join Us? You have a background in training or learning and development, with hands‑on experience delivering education sessions and programs. You are skilled in managing your time effectively, setting priorities, and planning workloads to achieve objectives. You can handle multiple small projects simultaneously, allocating resources efficiently to meet organisational goals. Your well‑developed communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to deliver agreed results. You are committed to a customer‑focused approach and consistently meet key performance indicators relevant to the role.
