We are now building our core kitchen team and are seeking passionate, skilled, and reliable Chefs and Cooks who can deliver authentic flavours and exceptional dining experiences. About Us GT Road Flavours will showcase a rich fusion of traditional Indian and Nepalese cuisine, complemented by modern presentation and outstanding service. Our vision is to create a vibrant, high-quality dining experience supported by a professional and welcoming work environment. The Opportunity We are recruiting motivated and experienced individuals to join our growing kitchen team: Cooks Chefs Chef (Full-Time) Key Responsibilities: Prepare and execute authentic Indian & Nepalese dishes Oversee kitchen operations, ordering, and food prep schedules Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation Lead, supervise, and support kitchen staff Assist with menu development and seasonal specials Requirements: Experience as a Chef in Indian and/or Nepalese cuisine Strong understanding of spices, cooking styles, and regional dishes Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen Strong communication and leadership skills Cook (Full-Time/Part-Time) Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and cooking Indian & Nepalese dishes Follow recipes, portion control, and plating standards Maintain clean and organised workstations Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Requirements: Experience in Indian or Nepalese cooking preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Availability for evenings and weekends Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive, team-focused work culture Growth opportunities within a new and expanding brand Staff meals and additional benefits Eligibility for 485 Visa , 482 Visa , and Job Ready Program candidates How to Apply If you’re passionate about authentic Indian and Nepalese cuisine and want to be part of an exciting new restaurant launch, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
