We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development and Marketing Officer to be part of our team at ECA Online in our Parramatta campus. The package offers an on‑target earnings (OTE) potential of $85,000+ with uncapped commissions. ECA Online is the digital arm of Education Centre of Australia (ECA), providing a wide range of online education options, including short courses, micro‑credentials, qualifications, and higher education programmes. As a key member of the team, you will have the rewarding opportunity to progress your career within the education industry. Key Responsibilities Direct Application Enrolments: Contact direct applicants to assist with admissions and guide them through the enrolment process. Student Retention: Call existing students between term start and census dates to provide support and encourage continued study. Study Planning: Reach out to students to develop study plans and motivate them to progress toward completing their master’s degree. Prospect Contact: Conduct regular prospect calls to schedule presales appointments and qualify leads. Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the company’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), monitoring engagement and responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally. Lead Generation Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns to generate leads, such as webinars, course guides, and other promotional initiatives. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. A proven track record in sales, business development, customer success, or customer service. Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Hands‑on experience using Canva for content creation and design. Experience with Salesforce or Zoho CRM (preferred).
