The EL1 Deputy Director Enterprise Asset Management Design & Practice is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end design, governance, and optimisation of asset management business processes. This role is pivotal in shaping how Defence manages the value chain of capability assets across all Defence environmental domains – Maritime, Land and Air – from acquisition, engineering and configuration, through sustainment and maintenance, to disposal. The EL1 role supports the ERP transformation for CASG and the broader Defence EAM business community, contributing to functional design, process alignment, user requirement definition, and change enablement across the next tranche of the Defence ERP Program.
