Pre Employment Pathways Specialist

Our people are at the heart of everything we do What will I be doing Your role will see you focus on the needs of employers in the local labour market including: Build strong ongoing relationships with local employers to understand skill shortages, recruitment needs and workforce priorities Co‑design pre‑employment pathways with employers that prepare participants for specific roles, industries and emerging opportunities. Work with RTOs, community organisations and industry groups to co‑deliver responsive training and employment solutions Motivate participants to actively engage in education accredited training and work preparation activities. Who are you Skills and experience we are looking for include: Experience within Employment Services (highly advantageous) Demonstrated results in supporting and coaching a high performing team Well‑developed interpersonal and negotiation skills Account management experience Time management and IT systems capabilities A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to the role.
