Come shape something special—apply now What You’ll Be Doing Steering the daily magic of Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care programs. Leading a supportive team of educators—bringing out their strengths and celebrating their wins. Collaborating with two fantastic Assistant Coordinators a dedicated Educational Leader who have your back. Crafting imaginative, play-rich programs that spark joy, curiosity, and growth. Building meaningful connections with children, families, and the wider school community. Championing safety, compliance, and high-quality care across everything we do. What We’re Looking For Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines. Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma / Anaphylaxis. Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor. Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place. Previous childcare service management experience. Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
