About the Role We’re looking for a hands‑on Stock Controller / Receiving Stores Person to join our Robina team. This is a key operational role responsible for managing inbound deliveries, receipting, and ensuring accurate stock control through our Warehouse Management System (WMS). You’ll be the go‑to person for keeping inventory in order — putting stock away, rotating it, and making sure every product is stored correctly and on time. This role involves regular work inside our freezer area, so you’ll need to be comfortable working in cold conditions and flexible enough to lend a hand wherever needed. What You’ll Do Unload, check and receipt all inbound stock accurately and efficiently. Maintain correct stock locations and FIFO rotation within the freezer and chiller. Conduct regular stock counts, cycle checks and investigate discrepancies. Manage stock data integrity within NetSuite / WMS systems. Liaise with Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics teams to resolve issues and maintain stock accuracy. Support supplier returns, audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Promote a safe, tidy and compliant work environment, including HACCP and WHS standards. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in stock control, receiving or warehousing. Comfortable working in a freezer environment (essential). Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability. Good computer skills – experience with ERP or WMS systems (NetSuite ideal). Current Forklift Licence (required). Knowledge of HACCP, WHS and cold‑chain best practices. A flexible, can‑do attitude and willingness to jump in and help across the team.
