Receiving / Stock Controller

We are seeking a detail oriented and motivated Warehouse Receiving / Stock Controller to join our team. You will work closely with our Warehouse & Purchasing teams to ensure all incoming stock, inventory & orders are managed accurately and effectively. Enviroconcepts is a leading provider of water treatment & wash bay products based in Ormeau on the Gold Coast, catering to clients in mining, government & private industry across Australia & New Zealand. The responsibilities include tracking shipments, overseeing inventory audits and maintaining reports of purchases and pricing. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with supply chain procedures and have good communication skills to interact with vendors, clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Receive and unload deliveries (external suppliers & internal transfers) Check received stock against purchase orders Enter stock received into inventory system Manage and update stock locations Arrange regular stock cycle counts Assist with investigating stock discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly. Generate and maintain reports related to stock levels & movement and any identified discrepancies The ideal candidate Proven work experience as a Stock Controller, or similar role Knowledge of plumbing and electrical components & supplies Knowledge of Inventory Management Strategies and Best Practices (Highly Regarded) Experience with Inventory Management Systems, preferably DEAR (Highly Regarded Good understanding of supply chain procedures Active participation in inventory audits Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to think on your feet and work efficiently Current forklift licence (essential) If you have the skills we need and believe you can contribute to the success of our business, then we want to hear from you.
