Loader Operator – Cadia Location: Cadia, Orange, NSW – start January 2026. Position: Full‑time Underground Loader Operator (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster). About the role Join Redpath as a full‑time Underground Loader Operator in the Cadia Project. Responsibilities Operate a Sandvik Underground Loader 422i (highly desirable). Perform high‑speed development bogging tasks. Maintain safety standards: "Consider it done — safely." Provide support, training and report incidents as required. Qualifications Experience operating a Sandvik Underground Loader 422i (highly desirable). Skills in high‑speed development bogging. Valid manual driver’s licence.
