Loader Operator We are looking for an experienced and reliable Loader Operator to join our team on a range of civil subdivision projects. Key Responsibilities Operating loaders for earthworks, trenching, backfilling and material movement. Loading trucks and managing stockpiles as required. Daily pre‑start checks and basic maintenance of machinery. Working in line with safety procedures and site requirements. Supporting the team to ensure project timelines are met. About You Proven experience operating loaders on civil construction or subdivision projects. Current loader ticket and relevant licences. White Card (Construction Induction). Strong focus on safety and teamwork. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering quality work.
