China Market Business Development & Partnerships Manager Australian College of Business Intelligence – Sydney CBD NSW We are seeking an experienced China Market Business Development & TNE Partnerships Manager to lead student recruitment initiatives and drive the development of transnational education (TNE) partnerships between Australia and China for both AIBI Higher Education and the Australian College of Business Intelligence (ACBI) . This role combines market strategy, partnership development, offshore program coordination, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on sustainable growth and compliance. Key Responsibilities China Market Strategy & Recruitment Develop and execute a China market strategy to drive student recruitment for AIBI and ACBI Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese education agents, partner institutions, schools, universities, consultants, and government-related organisations Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments impacting education delivery in China Represent AIBI and ACBI at China-based exhibitions, networking events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings Partnerships & Transnational Education (TNE) Research and evaluate TNE partnership models, including 3+0, 4+0, 2+2, and 3+1 pathways , and identify viable opportunities for implementation Support and strengthen existing offshore programs, including the Hebei 3+0 partnership , in collaboration with the Academic team and lecturers Assist in developing and progressing new TNE partnerships, including negotiations and ongoing relationship management Contribute to strategic partnership discussions, pipeline development, private education (PE) pathways, and financial feasibility planning Program Delivery & Local Support Support the development and coordination of AIBI and ACBI programs delivered in China Assist with local regulatory and compliance requirements for offshore delivery of Australian qualifications Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and local operations for in-country training, workshops, and blended delivery models #J-18808-Ljbffr
