We integrate neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and ethical approaches. Our leadership values genuine care, slow growth, and sustainable caseloads. We aim to be a supportive home for provisional psychologists who want structure, guidance, and a team environment without burnout. About the Role We are seeking a motivated, compassionate Provisional Psychologist to join our team under an employment model. You will receive structured onboarding, and a gradual increase in clinical load. Key details Employment model (not contracting) Start at 3–4 clients/day, stepping up to 5/day Across-lifespan caseload Opportunity to develop special interests Two secondary supervision sessions/month included at low cost Low-cost access to additional supervision if neededWarm and supportive team environment What We Offer Hourly rate starting at $32 + super, increases as competencies develop for interns and new graduates $500 annual CPD allowance (full-time) A sustainable, anti-burnout caseload Fully set-up clinic space Access to Halaxy practice management system Access to admin support Team support, resources, and templates Working in a multi-disciplinary team onsite Access to a gym play room, games and sensory toys Culturally safe workplace Guidance in developing clinical confidence and autonomy Opportunity to work toward pathways in child, adolescent, or adult work as well as ADHD/Autism assessments and group intervention. Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based psychological intervention Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain ethical record-keeping and clinical notes Work collaboratively with families, teachers, GPs, NDIS providers Participate in regular supervision Engage in reflective practice, learning, and growth Attend team meetings and training Uphold trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and culturally responsive practice About You You are someone who is: Warm, grounded, and open to learning Ethical with strong professional values Genuinely passionate about mental health across the lifespan Able to build rapport with diverse cultures and communities Interested in working with children, teens, adults, or mixed caseload Reliable and receptive to feedback Looking for a clinic that prioritises wellbeing over high numbers Essential Criteria Enrolled in or completing 4+2 or 5+1 pathway Eligible for provisional registration with AHPRA Eligibility to work in Australia Strong communication skills Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally safe practice Preferred (Not Essential) Experience with children/families Familiarity with CALD, Muslim, or neurodivergent communities Ability to work 2–4 days per week Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship, Graduate Pay: $32.00 – $52.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 38 per week Benefits: Professional development assistance Work from home Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
