Your new role Reporting to the Finance Lead – Management Accounting, this role is responsible for delivering timely and accurate management reporting across all business functions, supporting operational performance improvement and proactive risk mitigation. Analyse financial and operational performance reports, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement Monitor production orders, including direct and indirect labour, as well as machine hours, to ensure accurate cost tracking and operational efficiency Prepare monthly management accounts and internal financial reports, including submissions to our parent company in South Korea Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives Continuously monitor business operations and performance to identify key issues, address variances, and support initiatives to meet or exceed budget targets Investigate and report on variances from projected results, providing clear analysis to the leadership team to inform timely decision‑making About you As an ideal candidate, you will have: Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational, and writing skills Be solutions‑focused and able to adapt and remain flexible in an agile environment Proficient in Excel and MS Office, with strong attention to detail Organised, with ability to meet deadlines Strong knowledge of Manufacturing from an Accounting perspective Working knowledge of manufacturing accounting principles and practices Qualifications A bachelor's degree in commerce or accounting is the minimum qualification requirement Studying towards CA or CPA will be highly regarded Experience Experience working with one of the Big 4 or a manufacturing company will be highly regarded Experience in using SAP S4/HANA is preferred To be successful in this role, you will need to be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security clearance (you must be an Australian Citizen ).
