With over 13,000 SKUs and a national sales team, we pride ourselves on high‑quality products, reliable supply and exceptional customer service. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated and tech‑savvy Purchasing & Inventory Manager to join the team. This role is perfect for someone early to mid‑career who’s ready to step up, take ownership and grow into a key position within the business. The Role You will own the purchasing and inventory function — working closely with our warehouse, sales reps and suppliers to keep stock flowing, costs under control and customers happy. This is a hands‑on role with genuine responsibility from day one. You will: Manage day‑to‑day purchasing across 13,000+ SKUs Build relationships with suppliers (local & international) Track and improve lead times, delivery performance and stock availability Work closely with the warehouse team on inbound planning and stock accuracy Coordinate with the sales team to anticipate demand and prevent stock‑outs Monitor inventory levels, buffer stocks and reorder points Use data, systems and analytics to drive smarter purchasing decisions Help refine purchasing processes, policies and systems as we grow Bring energy, initiative and collaboration into the business Who This Role Suits Tech‑savvy (comfort with systems, data, spreadsheets, automation tools) Hungry to learn, grow and take on meaningful responsibility Organised, detail‑driven and good with numbers Comfortable working across warehouse, sales and management Confident in communication — you’ll deal with suppliers and internal teams daily Positive, hardworking and enjoys being part of a tight, supportive team Keen to build a long‑term future with us Experience in purchasing, inventory, supply chain or similar roles is ideal — but strong aptitude and attitude matter most Why Join Wolfchester?
